The walk from Osmington Mills to Ringstead is currently very productive with much of the corralian sequences exposed. The bivalve Trigonia clavalleta is abundant and many ammonites were found including Perisphinctes pickeringus and a large Arietid approaching four feet across (left on the shoreline!).
The kimmeridge clay at Ringstead yeilds many nice examples of the jurrassic oyster bed (Ostrea/Lopha) in great abundance.
