Hi everyone

Had a very good day at Port Mulgrave on Monday last. Despite a bad weather forecast I decided to give it a go and I am glad I did.

Got there beach deserted and had a good walk towards Runswick. had a look at a very mucky  and muddy slide. There were a few nodules but non would split cleanly then I found this big lump of rock and mud. Gave it a tap and saw  what I thought was a part of a Phylloceras. I took it to a pool and gave a it a wash and look what I had found. It is nearly 28cm  across and weighs over 15LB.

I did not find anything else that day. but who cares.

will post it when its prepped.

Regards
