Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this fossil I found in my back garden please? I have been trying to level out my garden for about 3 weeks now. The only good thing about it is I found a fossil but I’m not sure what it is. The pattern of it looks like snake skin.

Assuming its not a fossil snake I'll have a shot in the dark and say Lepidodendron.
Cheers

Yes I think you are right! I did a lot more searching on the internet and found a page on lycopods. All I can see on every rock is the same pattern, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me 😂😂. The thing that made me more curious is the weight of some of them they are very heavy and very solid. 😆😁 Click image for larger version - Name: 318B937F-6FAC-413F-B7D3-6E9FAF8A75C1.jpeg, Views: 25, Size: 3.60 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 41E97C53-EDEF-45DE-880A-CCE74D8A1910.jpeg, Views: 37, Size: 3.61 MB Click image for larger version - Name: C2ED61AF-ABF2-431C-8F33-54AA5A56A9C4.jpeg, Views: 37, Size: 2.11 MB Click image for larger version - Name: E18E67C8-4A23-4C3F-BF61-FAAD0356EF9D.jpeg, Views: 36, Size: 2.10 MB Click image for larger version - Name: BB3E1916-F76E-4EA2-815E-7931B39F34E5.jpeg, Views: 30, Size: 1.34 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 92CD274B-F4CA-41E3-938A-F6CAFDA992D8.jpeg, Views: 29, Size: 1.17 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 41E127A2-8357-4622-BA3B-5D5DCDE9DF88.jpeg, Views: 28, Size: 1.22 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 5D8078ED-FB58-4A77-9919-0F5BF5A49252.jpeg, Views: 28, Size: 1.51 MB Click image for larger version - Name: C9922C6E-F917-4561-84DD-FEE9D9ADC651.jpeg, Views: 29, Size: 1.64 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 96DD4CFF-30B4-4E2B-9B9E-D0DFBE0DEE15.jpeg, Views: 29, Size: 1.51 MB Click image for larger version - Name: D658A28D-B2CB-42E9-B52B-CDF365681C5B.jpeg, Views: 28, Size: 1.70 MB Click image for larger version - Name: F3F7B99B-2EB6-4288-9FBF-64BF0029EA94.jpeg, Views: 28, Size: 1.67 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 31CEB637-AA2A-4950-8ED3-2A2291E1B28D.jpeg, Views: 30, Size: 1.37 MB Click image for larger version - Name: FD1F0487-B717-4AD9-95FE-3A4A97C10583.jpeg, Views: 30, Size: 1.09 MB Click image for larger version - Name: E80829B8-16A0-406B-8AC0-73C1DB504753.jpeg, Views: 29, Size: 1.31 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 8EE57537-F1A3-4997-9DA6-8F4C273E659C.jpeg, Views: 27, Size: 1.28 MB Click image for larger version - Name: F2C7237F-296E-4300-9718-97D8DD553973.jpeg, Views: 28, Size: 1.65 MB Click image for larger version - Name: 98A12033-CD62-4F88-A34F-A41B885D0695.jpeg, Views: 29, Size: 2.38 MB Click image for larger version - Name: ACC5AA9F-2276-412D-AB57-46A50D014FA5.jpeg, Views: 29, Size: 2.00 MB

Good lord I'm psychic.....

Your garden's either on an old reclaimed coal tip or underlain by Carboniferous coal measures.
Some of the lumps look rich in iron which would account for their relative heaviness.
