Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has a view on whether this might be a fossilised tooth? Could well be a stone, but it has those pock marked bumps that don't look very stone-like so I thought... Maybe?

Any thoughts welcome. If it's a stone I'm totally telling my son it's a dinosaur tooth.

Also sorry for not including a ruler in the picture, but it's about 2 inches (5cm) long from base to tip and 1.5 (4cm) wide along the base.

I'm afraid it's a stone... so you can tell your son it's a dinosaur tooth 😉
