Hello, OWWW!  That is a nice nodule to say the least; are you going to prep it or have it prepped?

greets, Bert

Very nice! Interested to know what was visible when you found it, a single ammonite keel or more? Also on your other post of the verts from Somerset if you don't mind sharing, i.e. did you have any idea of how much inside the rock? Cheers

This is the point at which I decided to put the hammer down...
Nothing was visable to begin with, it was just a very promising nodule. 20200811_114923.jpg

As for the verts, I don't have a picture but I could see the cross section at the end when on the beach. When prepping i was hoping for more in there to be honest, ribs or a paddle but alas not this time

Hello, I was in the assumption that you showed it as "as found" and I know how hard these nodules are to prep, but with all the respect for Stone Treasures, this piece is only half way prepped...
It could become an absolute screamer...

I didn't fancy doing this one myself. What do you suggest should be done to it further Bert?
