We're visiting England in September on a trip inspired in part by "The Map That Changed The World," the William Smith story. We're planning to do a little bit of only slightly more than casual fossil hunting (and strata sightseeing) during the trip. Looking for a guide who might lead us to and explain an interesting site or two.
Appreciate any assistance you might offer. Our still-vague plans put us in the broad vicinity of Bath during the second and third weeks of September.
Thanks.

Hi Will
If you go to this website:
http://www.southampton.ac.uk/~imw/index.htm#List-of-Webpages
there are guides to many sites in Southern England
Maybe you can print out a few and take them with you.
Hope it helps
