Hi all,
I would like to gather any information about this fossil, found in the clay and sand subsoil of my allotment in Cley, Norfolk (on the coast).  It measures about 4cm x 3cm. Photos from above, then of either end. Thanks. P1020368.jpgP1020360.jpgP1020362.jpgP1020364.jpgP1020365.jpg

@Colin Huller,
Yes you did answer my question before, & thank you.
I am clueless as to why my inquiry was sent twice.
So a sponge coral.
I had thought initially that it was a fossilised tree nut/seed!
