I found this in the mud on the shore of the River Thames near Greenwich. It stone, it's strangely heavy for it's size (250g), and doesn't attract a magnet. My dad any I took it to the Lyme Regis Fossil Shop when we were there and asked them what it was. They said it was a fossil but couldn't identify it and suggested we took it to the natural history museum. Before we do that we wondered if someone here could identify it?
