Hiya. We found this interesting rock at Calshot. It looks to have something calsified or embedded inside it. Is this possibly a fossil?  Click image for larger version - Name: 20191016_191951.jpg, Views: 54, Size: 85.59 KB

Hello and welcome to the forum. This is indeed a fossil, a sponge encased (fossilised) in flint and is 75 - 85 million years old from the chalk. Not enough of it to say what genus it is I'm afraid, but someone else might recognise it.
