It appears to be a very worn banded flint, where it was found is important info for an accurate ID though.

Welcome to the forum. I agree with Rolo that it's banded flint, but could I ask if you or anybody else requires ID, could you please give us as much information as possible  (where found etc) and add a scale to all photos (a ruler is best) Keep looking!
