Hi, I found this on the Jurassic beach at Compton Bay, Isle of Wight. What do you think of it? Click image for larger version - Name: 06B5C4CC-3F15-4BDC-AE6A-BEB74AAE6B3B.jpeg, Views: 34, Size: 2.23 MB

Hello and welcome to the forum, but no fossil (as such)! This is a 'flint nodule' which when it was unfossilised would have infiltrated the burrow of a crustacean, probably a lobster, fossilised and then been eroded out of the chalk - 80 - 90 million years old.
