Hello and welcome to the forum. We will need more information and more photos with a scale (a ruler is best) in all photos (some of any broken ends - sections  and the reverserse side) and especially where it was collected from, (this is to check the geology).

Definately not bone, it is a piece of flint.  The curving symmetrical lines may be the negative mould of the bivalve Inoceramus
