Hello Dave, I have annotated your 1st photo below -

spines.jpg 

photo1 1 - 4 are the spines of sea urchins, I think worn out of nearby chalk deposits.
5 I think might be part of a shark fin spine, but not sure.

photo 2 I think is a ray dental plate
photo3 are gastropodsbut I would need more photos to say more.
photo 4 are either shark or fish vertebrae but need more photos.

photo 5no idea - more photos needed.

Thanks for I'd's Colin; In the first photo, I thought 4 and 5 looked the same; I realise it's easier to see detail in the flesh, so to speak. Last photo is, I'm pretty sure, a Crab/Lobster claw.
