Yes, it is a fossil of a Cretaceous bivalve.  Once, they were all lumped together into the genus Inoceramus.  But since you have not indicated its size and I can't see the hinge line, I cannot be more specific.  Looks like you have a second one  (or the opposing valve) as well.  Nice discovery.
