Crinoid I think - Tqb is the man for these but it looks like a Balanocrinus to me - maybe Solenotis?

Thanks Ryan! - I do have the monograph but AndyS has more crinoids and experience... I think these are burrows of some sort though...

Doh - its the segmentation that threw me - plus the weird rootlike Yorkshire crinoids :)
