Went to Port Mulgrave this week & picked up a few ammonite nodules with what I’m guessing a dac’s, I’ve managed to crack a few open & had mixed success, I’m after getting some proper equipment, compressor & attachments however I’m unsure exactly what kit is needed, i.e I don’t want to buy the wrong thing, if anyone can give me any advice to start me off it’d be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, if you look back on this thread you will get an idea of what you need, but it isn't cheap, especially if you buy good tools. You will need lots of time and patience as well - good luck!
