Hello. mmmm...familiar lookin` broken Hildi...if you clean off all loose bits with a toothbrush and glue the broken bits together, you can restore the outer wohrl with milliput or carpaste. How to get the coloring matched is probably the most difficult bit; these fossils have not one color, it is a mix of different tones, so make your putty multicolor as well. Good luck and much fun!

If you fill the cracks and make the color matching, you can make the details using different colored marker pens and it will look as if it has always been whole...
