Hi there, new to this site, am a (very) amateur finder but am looking for a ref guide if anyone can recommend as to uk specimens, mainly shark teeth, i have hundreds at home and would like to display them with identities of possible.  
Based in Suffolk so all my finds are from Felixstowe/Bawdsey/Ramsholt/Shotley

Welcome to the forum Claire. Unfortunately there is not a single or series of publications 😣. In the first place I would search for "shark tooth (anyplace)" and follow the links.

I presume most of your shark teeth are from the London Clay I  which case the book :
London clay fossils of kent and Essex by David rayner, Tony mitchel fred cloister and Martin rayner includes a chapter on shark teeth (the rest of the book covers other fossils)
It can be ordered from the MFMS website  mfms.org.uk
