We stumbled upon these but not sure what they are. At first I thought they were a coral of some sort but now they have dried off I am not so sure.

I don't think it's a fossil, just a limestone or mudstone (or mixture of both!), i.e. "just" a rock. Does it fizz with a bit of dilute acid? Interesting structure though ...

I agree with MicroFossilMan - it's a geological structure.
