Beverley
Hi

I found this in 2015 at South Ferriby on the banks of the River Humber.  It is embedded in chalk covered flint.  The geology of the area is very much mainly chalk and flint with very heavy clay soil.  Can anyone help me with an id please? DSC00436.jpg

Hello Beverly and welcome to the forum. From your photo it looks like sea urchin (Echinoid) called Conulus.
