found a curious little stone which has 3 perfectly straight horizontal lines across the top of it. Nothing amazing about the shape, texture or size, but just fascinating in regards to the neat lines across it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Hi
You don't say where you found it, but maybe banded flint or maybe fine bedding/current bedding planes that have been picked out by weathering.
