Hello ben, probably Ichthyosaur but without seeing its height I can't tell for certain, it might be Plesiosaur.

It’s an ichthyosaur vertebra. The outline shape is correct and an ichthyosaur vertebra has a deep depression either side of the centrum (as of pinched tightly between thumb and forefinger - a side profile cross-section would resemble an hourglass) whereas a plesiosaur vertebra only depresses slightly in the centre.  Nice find!
